1.Who We Are

pod1click ("we", "our", or "us") provides a self-serve software tool for print-on-demand sellers to create, edit, and improve original, user-owned, or properly licensed design assets.

2.Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use pod1click. Sign-in is restricted to @gmail.com accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

• You must provide accurate account and payment information.
• You may not share account access or use another person's account without permission.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.Pro Pass and Credits

pod1click offers fixed-duration Pro Pass access and prepaid credit packs. Credits are a limited, non-cash license to use features inside pod1click. Credits are not stored value, currency, or a financial product.

• Pro Pass unlocks Pro features until its displayed expiry date. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
• Buying another Pro Pass extends the current expiry date by the purchased duration and grants the bundled credits shown on that order. Bundled credits join your lifetime account balance.
• Prepaid top-up credits never expire and may be used only inside pod1click. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
• All credits use one account balance. There is no separate recurring credit bucket.
• We may change prices, passes, or included features prospectively. Existing paid Pro Pass periods are not shortened by a price change.
• Payments are processed via VietQR / Sepay bank transfer and are subject to the payment provider's own terms, risk checks, and tax handling.

4.User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs you create, subject to any third-party rights and the terms of the AI or processing services involved. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide and improve pod1click.

• You must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, reference, or use.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use.
• We do not manually create custom designs for customers, and we do not sell premade design packs or physical goods.

5.Prohibited Uses

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use pod1click to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

• Do not upload or generate content that copies third-party marketplace artwork, brand logos, protected characters, or copyrighted designs without authorization.
• Do not use pod1click for illegal, deceptive, harmful, adult, gambling, regulated financial, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or usage restrictions.

6.Service Availability

We work to keep pod1click reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider downtime, rate limits, or events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably needed.

7.Disclaimers

pod1click is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, legally safe for every use, commercially successful, or accepted by any marketplace.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pod1click will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or marketplace account issues arising from your use of the service.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law. You may stop using pod1click at any time.
