Privacy Policy

1.Information We Collect

We only collect what is strictly required to authenticate you, run AI generations, and bill credits. Specifically:

• Account information. Email address and basic profile (name, avatar) via Google OAuth (@gmail.com only) when you sign in.
• Source images you select. Cropped image data is sent to our backend and the AI providers for processing. We keep your generated result, thumbnail and source crop for up to 7 days — or remove the oldest sooner if your account's stored images exceed 1 GB — then delete them automatically.
• Prompts. Optional text you enter to describe the new design. Stored alongside the job record on our backend (never exposed to the client) and removed with the job after the retention window.
• Job history. Job metadata (status, workflow, timestamps) and a small local cache of recent generations are kept on your device by the extension within the same 7-day window (up to the 30 most recent).
• Credit and billing data. Credit balance, transactions, and Pro Pass expiry. Payments are processed by VietQR / Sepay (bank transfer); we never receive or store full bank credentials.
• Usage diagnostics. Minimal anonymous logs (errors, request counts) so we can keep the service reliable.

2.How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate you and link credits to your account.
• Send images and prompts to AI providers for processing.
• Process payments (VietQR / Sepay) and manage Pro Pass and top-up purchases.
• Diagnose bugs and improve service stability.
• Communicate service-critical updates (billing receipts, security notices).

3.Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers. Each receives only the minimum data needed to perform its job:

• Authentication and database provider — account creation, sign-in, credit ledger storage, and Realtime job updates.
• Object storage provider — short-lived storage of source crops, results, and thumbnails (kept up to 7 days; one-off tool outputs only ~2 hours).
• AI image generation providers — process your cropped images and prompts to produce new designs (Server 1 and Server 2).
• Background removal and image upscaling services — receive images only when you trigger the corresponding tool.
• Payment processor — handles VietQR / Sepay bank transfers for credit packs and Pro Pass purchases. We never receive or store full bank credentials.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with parties outside of these processing relationships. Vendors may change over time; this policy will be updated if the categories of processing change materially.

4.Data Storage & Retention

• Source crops, generated results, and thumbnails are kept for up to 7 days, then deleted automatically.
• One-off tool outputs (background removal, super background removal, upscale) are temporary — kept about 2 hours, then deleted, and never added to your history.
• To bound storage, each account's stored generations are also capped at 1 GB; when exceeded, the oldest are removed first.
• Local generation history cached by the extension follows the same 7-day window (showing your 30 most recent) on your device.
• Account, credit, and billing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, tax, and audit obligations.

5.Your Rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent and stop using the service by signing out and uninstalling the extension.

6.Children's Privacy

pod1click is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email when relevant. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
